The project plans have also been revised where it appears the "wooden frame breezeway roof to existing sfr" has been removed;the proposed construction is a 2-car garage with covered stairs to the backyard area. In the Stormwater Report, it also indicates taking advantage of the fee-in-lieu-of area for addressing stormwater; this property is situated outside of that designation. If you could please review the attached Stormwater Template, complete Step 5 starting on page 11 and revise your Sheets Cl-C4 to reflect appropriately.
