Below, please find the required Planning corrections for your proposal. If <br /> you have any questions regarding these corrections, please let me know and I'm happy to be of assistance. <br /> Planning Corrections <br /> 1. Site Plan.The site plan does not meet the minimum residential site plan checklist, including but not limited to: <br /> building height calculations, existing& proposed utilities, materials of existing driveway/parking. Please refer to <br /> the checklist for all required details and update the site plan accordingly. Note:it is unclear if the "existing <br /> parking"accessed from McDougall is paved. Since these stalls are now considered required parking, the stalls <br /> must be paved(if not already) with a "durable surface"in accordance with EMC 19.34.100. For questions on <br /> acceptable "durable surface"options,please contact Public Works at 425.257.8810, option 6. <br /> 2. Height calculations shall be identified in accordance with the building height handout and shown on both the <br /> site plan and elevation plans. Please revise. <br /> The residential construction submittal checklist is available online and includes the minimum residential site plan <br /> checklist and building height handout.The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy is available via the "website& online <br /> resources" link in my signature. Please submit at least 2 copies of any resubmittal documents. If you have any Planning <br /> related questions, please contact me directly via email.
