The 2025-2030 TDP summarizes 2024 performance and <br />operations, including revenue hours, revenue miles, and fleet composition. It also <br />contains operating and financial projections for 2025-2030. <br /> <br />A draft of the 2025-2030 TDP was provided to the Transportation Advisory Committee <br />and posted for review and public comment on Everett Transit’s website on July 28th, <br />2025. <br /> <br />Since the TDP elements are contained in the Transportation Element of the City’s <br />Comprehensive Plan adopted by the Council in June 2025, acceptance, not adoption, is <br />required for the TDP. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Conduct a Public Hearing for the 2025-2030 Everett Transit Development Plan and 2024 <br />Annual Report. <br /> <br />City Council Agenda Item Cover Sheet
