Once uploaded,you must send an email with <br /> your Transmittal Sheet (PDF)to PermitServices@everettwa.gov to ensure proper routing through the <br /> system, as the online permitting portal does not notify staff when documents are uploaded. Failure to do so <br /> will delay your permit review. Upon submittal of the revised documents, your application will be given <br /> priority and the review will recommence. <br /> General <br /> 1. The 2021 codes are in effect as of March 15, 2024. Please revise all code citations accordingly. For a <br /> full list of applicable codes adopted by the City of Everett, please see the Construction Codes (PDF). <br /> 2. Snohomish County Assessors records show that the basement is unfinished. Therefore,this project <br /> is considered a change of occupancy from uninhabited (storage/utility, unheated)to inhabited living <br /> space (heated), and classified as an "addition."
