<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4107-25 <br /> <br />An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 4003-24 Entitled Special improvement Project “Forest Park <br />Pickleball Court Installation”, Fund 354, Program 093, to accumulate all costs for the project. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A. The City Council recognizes the need to maintain and improve City Parks. <br /> <br />B. The City Council recognizes the value and need to provide Everett residents and visitors with <br />recreation spaces. <br /> <br />C. The City recognizes that many park amenities have reached the end of their useful life and require <br />replacement and renovation. <br /> <br />D. Additional funding is required to complete construction support services and construction. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 4003-24 which reads as follows: <br /> <br />The sum of $250,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 354, Program 093, “Forest Park Pickleball Court <br />Installation” project. <br /> <br />A. Use of Funds <br />Design and Permitting $250,000 <br />Total $250,000 <br /> <br />B. Source of Funds <br />CIP 3 $250,000 <br />Total $250,000 <br /> <br />C. The appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully <br />expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of <br />reappropriation. <br /> <br />
