It is an ongoing reroofing project <br /> that has been happening for the last several years. This is the second to the <br /> last building out of 22; the first 20 have been completed & the work scope is <br /> exactly the same for all buildings. <br /> Will you remove the existing membrane(it looks like a membrane roofing)? <br /> [Tom Stancik] There is no membrane being worked on. Only the <br /> pitched/shingles (perimeter of the building), same as the last 20 buildings <br /> completed. <br /> Will you replace roof decking and insulation due to water leakage?Where this happens? How big area will be? <br /> [Tom Stancik] We are replacing individual sheets of plywood as needed. One <br /> by one; remove a sheet; replace a sheet. Very common on re-roofing projects. <br /> What kind of new roofing material you will install? <br /> [Tom Stancik] We are installing GAF Timberline HDZ shingles with Z-Ridge hip <br /> and ridge. It is a full roofing system utilizing all of GAF's materials and <br /> accessories to qualify the roofs for their Golden Pledge Warranty. <br /> Please upload this information to our online portal and let me know.We will try to help from there. <br /> [Tom Stancik] Not sure I understand what you want us to upload.
