An ordinanceapproving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 319, for the improvement of Thirtyfifth Street from the west line of Norton Avenue to the east line of Friday Avenue, by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete pavement, curbs, driveways and necessary walks, and doing other work in connection therewith under „rdina nce No. 1733 of the city of Everett, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bonds. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: mhat the assessment and assessment roll of. Local Improvement District Nc. 319 for the improvement of mhirtyfifth Street from the west line of Norton Avenue to the east line of Friday Avenue, by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of con- crete pavement, curbs, driveways and necessary walks, and doing other work in connection therewith under r,rdinance No. 1733 of the city of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by such improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in pro- portion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land, and other property appearing on said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
