ORDINANCE NO. An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 318, for the improve- ment of Norton Avenue from the south line of mhirtyfourth Street to the south line of Clinton Place, by removal of old lumber, grading to prop- er grade, construction of concrete pavement, walks and curbs, complete drainage system, and doing other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1731 of the city of Everett, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and prov- iding for the issuance of said bonds. THE CITY OF FVFRETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improve- ment District N . 318 for the improvement cf Norton Avenue from the south line of Thirtyfourth Street to the south line of Clinton Place, by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of con- crete pavement, walks and curbs, complete drainage system, and doing other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1731 of the city of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other prpperty shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by such improvement in at least the amount charged against the sare, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land, and other property appearing on said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
