• y 1 t4 0;-D I NANCE NO. -`� `' _1►C An ordinance providing for the improvement of Everett Avenue from the alley west of Oakes Avenue to Broadway, by the com- plete construction of a sewer, and all other work in connection there- with, in accordance with Resolution No. 2396 of the city of Everett, creating an assessment district, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessment on property in said district by mode of "Payment by Bonds". THEREAS, by pesolution No. 2396 of the city of Everett, the city council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improve- ment of Everett Avenue from the alley west of Oakes Avenue to Broadway, in accordance with plans prepared by the city engineer. NO1'' THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Everett avenue from the alley west of Cakes Avenue to Broedway, be improved by complete construction of sewer, and all other work in connection therewith, such improvement to be made according to plans and specifications prepared under the direction of the city engineer, and now on file in the office of the city engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved. Section 2: That the cost and expense of such improvement, including the necessary and incidental expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district here- after created in accordance with law. The city of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the cost anu expense of such improveieert. Section 3: That there is hereby established a local improve- ent district to be called "Local Improvement District Mo. ", which said district shall include the following described property, to- wit: Block 438, and block 439, Plat of Everett, Division "K"; block 438, block 439, block 475, Block 476, block 491, block 493, block 494, block 54S„ block 549, block 550, block 551, block 552, block 564, block 565, block 566, 'clock 608, block 609, block 610, Plat of Everett;
