46 ORDINANCE NO. - An ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley between Hoyt Avenue and Rucker Avenue, from mTentyfiret Street to Nineteenth street, by the complete construction of a sewer therein, and all other work in connection therewith, in accordance with Resolution No. 2395 of the city of Everett, creating an assessment district, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessment on property in said district by mode of "Payment by Bonds". "HEREAS, by resolution No. 2395 of the city of 'verett, the city council of Everett has decl' red its intention to order the improvement of the alley between Hoyt Avenue and Pucker Avenue from Twentyfirst Street to vineteenth street, in accordance with plans prepared by the city engineer, NOW THPRrFORF, T1-17 CITY OF EVERETT DOTS ORDAIN: Section 1: That the alley between Hoyt Avenue Eine Fucker Avenue from Twentyfirst Street to Nineteenth Street, be improved by complete construction of sewer therein, and all other work in connec- ticn therewith, such improvement to be made according to plans and specifications prepared under the direction of the city engineer and now on file in the office of the city engineer, which plans and speci- fications are hereby adopted and approved. ection 2: That the cost and expense of such improvement, including the necessary and incidental expenses, shall be borne by end assessed against the property included in the assessment district here- after created in accordance with law.
