ORDINANCE NO. ;:•�, An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assess- ment roll of Local Improvement District No. 317, for the improvement of Cedar Street from Hewitt Avenue to the north line of Pacific Avenue, with a thirty (30) foot concrete pavement, six (6) foot cement side- walks, curbs and gutters; and from the north line of Pacific Avenue to a point one hundred fifty (150) feet south of the south line of Thirtysecond Street with a sixteen (16) foot concrete pavement, six (6) foot cement sidewalks, cement curbs and plank gutters; and from a point one hundred fifty (150) feet south of. Xhirtysecond Street to Thirtythird Street by the grading of a center roadway twenty (20) feet wide, with proper drainage, sidewalks to be placed at curb line from Hewitt Avenue to one hundred fifty (150) feet south of Thirtysecond Street, and all work in connection therewith under ordinance No. 1724 of the city of Everett, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bonds.
