+ 4 CRD INANCF NO. u _ An ordinance provic1in_, for the improvement of Twentyfifth Street from the manhole east of Nassau Street to Nassau Street, and Nassau Street from Twentyfifth Street to the sewer in Everett Avenue, by the complete construction of a sewer, and appurtenances thereto, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with 4esolution No. 2390 of the city of Everett, approving the maps, plans, and specifications for such improvement, creating an assessment district, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement he made by special assessment on the property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds". T TF CITY OF FVERFTT DOES ORDAIN: section 1: That Twentyfifth Street from the manhole east of Nassau Street to t1,a.asau Street, and Nassau Street from Twentyfifth Street to the sewer in Everett Avenue be improved by the complete construction of a sewer, and appurtenances thereto necessary for the proper severing and draining of the district, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith according to the plans and specifications prepar- ed under the direction of the city engineer on file in the office of the city engineer, which said maps, plans and specifications are hereby approved and adopted. section 2: That the cost and expense of such improvement, includ- ing all necessary and incidental expenses, shall be borne by and assess- ed against the property included in the assessment district hereby created in accordance with law. The city of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the cost and expense of such improve- went, section 3: There is hereby established a local improvement dist- rict to be called "Local Improvement District No., ge , ", which said district shall include the following described property, to-wit:
