ORDINANCE NO. s _ An ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirtythird Street from Laurel Drive to Kromer Avenue, and Kromer Avenue from the south line of Thirtythird Street to the south line of bridge near Thirtysecond Street, by grading to proper grade, construction of concrete pavement, concrete 0urbs and necessary concrete walks, necessary drainage system, and doing all other work in connection therewith as may be necessary to make a complete improvement, approv- ing the plans and specifications for such improvement, creating an assessment district, creating a local improvement district fund there- for, providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessment on property in said district under the mode of "Payment by Bonds", "HEREAS, a majority petition of the property-owners peti- tioning for said improvement has heretofore been filed with the com- missioner of public works, and said commissioner found the things set forth in said petition to be true, and THEREAS, the commissioner of public works has filed with the city council all data and information in regard to said improvement, as required by law, and '"'HEREAS, the commissioner of public works has recommended to the city council that such improvement petitioned for be made, and it appearing to the city council that public convenience and necessity requires said improvement to be made, NOT THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Thirtythird Street from Laurel Drive to Kromer Avenue and Kromer Avenue from the south line of Thirtythird Street to the south line of bridge near Thirtysecond Street be improv- ed by grading to proper grade, construction of concrete pavement, con- crete curbs and necessary concrete walks, necessary drainage system, and doing all other work in connection therewith as may be necessary
