• <br /> i + <br /> Section 2: That the test and expense of such improvement, <br /> including all necessary and incidental expenses, shall be borne by <br /> and assessed against the property included in the assessment district <br /> hereafter created in accotdance with law. The city of Everett shall <br /> not be liable in any manner for any portion of the cost and expense <br /> of such improvement. <br /> Section 3: That there is hereby established a local <br /> improvement district, to be called "Local Improvement District No. <br /> IS..LL..-_21, which said district shall include the following described <br /> property, to-wit: "Beginning at a point on the east line of the Great <br /> Northern Railway Company's right-of-way at a point where the south <br /> line of the Fourteenth Street Dock produced easterly intersects it; <br /> thence southerly along the east line of the Great 4orthern Rail-- <br /> wayiCompany's right-of-way to the north line of the Robinson Manu- <br /> facturing Company's tract; thence west along the north line of the <br /> Robinson Manufacturing Company' s tract, to the city limits line <br /> produced southerly from the south line of Eleventh Street; thence <br /> northerly along the city limits line prodliftAsoutherly and the city <br /> limits line to the south line of the Fourteenth Street Dock produced <br /> westerly; thence east along the south line of the Fourteenth Street <br /> Dock and the vourteenth street Dock produced westerly to a point <br /> ten hundred fifty-six (1056) feet west of the Norton Avenue trestle <br /> as now constructed upon the ground; thence north at right angles to <br /> the south line of the Fourteenth Street Dock for a distance of two <br /> hundred sixteen (216) feet; thence east and parallel to the south <br /> line of the Fourteenth Street Dock to the east line of the Great <br /> Northern Railway Company's right-cf-way; thence southerly along the <br /> east line of the Great Northern Railway Company's right-of-way to <br /> the place of beginning. <br /> Section 4: A special fund is hereby created, to be called <br /> " Local Improvement District Fund No. i020 ", which shaJ.l consist in <br /> the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied, and collected <br /> on the several lots and; parcels of land in said local improvement <br />
