`(3O ORDINANCE NO. �y An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 316 for the improvement of Nineteenth Street between Broadway and the alley between Lombard and Oakes Avenues, by the complete con- struction of a relief sewer, together with such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, under Ordinance No. 1714, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local improvement District No. 316, for the improvement of Nineteenth Street between Broadway and the alley between Lombard and Cakes Avenues, by the complete construction of a relief sewer, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith uhder Ordinance No. 1714 of the city of Everett1 as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declar- ed to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby lev- ied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
