`(3O <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �y <br /> An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 316 for <br /> the improvement of Nineteenth Street between Broadway and the <br /> alley between Lombard and Oakes Avenues, by the complete con- <br /> struction of a relief sewer, together with such other work <br /> as may be necessary in connection therewith, under Ordinance <br /> No. 1714, and levying an assessment on account thereof against <br /> the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said <br /> roll. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll <br /> of Local improvement District No. 316, for the improvement of <br /> Nineteenth Street between Broadway and the alley between <br /> Lombard and Cakes Avenues, by the complete construction of a <br /> relief sewer, and doing such other work as may be necessary <br /> in connection therewith uhder Ordinance No. 1714 of the city <br /> of Everett1 as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby <br /> in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels <br /> of land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declar- <br /> ed to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least <br /> the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment <br /> appearing against the same is in proportion to the several <br /> assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby lev- <br /> ied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land, <br /> and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally <br /> charged against the same thereon. <br />
