An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 315, for the improvement of Nassau Street from the south line of Hewitt Avenue to a point 363 feet south of the south line of mhirty- second Street, by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete walks, plank curbs, gutters and cross walks, installation of fire hydrants, drainage, and doing other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1713 of the city of Everett , and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bonds, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 315, for the improvement of Nassau Street from the south line of Hewitt Avenue to a point 363 feet south of the south line of Thirty-second Street, by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete walks, plank curbs, gutters and cross walks, in- stallation of fire hydrants, drainage, and doing other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1713 of the city of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property shown on said roll is hereby declar- ed to be specially benefited by such improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby lev- ied an assessment against each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land, and other property appearing on said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
