c 1 Section 2.- That said Everett Water System Special Revenue Fund Bonds hereby authorized to be issued shall be in substantially the following form, except as to dates of payment: "No. $500.00 UNITED STATES OF' AMERICA, STATE OF WASHINGTON, COUNTY OF SN0HOdIISH, CITY OF EVERETT. SPECIAL REVENUE FUND BOND: KNOW-ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Everett, a City and Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, acknowledges itself to owe and for value received promises to pay to the bearer the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ( 500.00) on the first day of July, 19_, together with interest thereon, from date until paid, at the rate of five and one half per centum per annum, payable semi annual- ly on the first day of January and July, in each year, on the pre- sentation and surrender of the annexed interest coupons as they sev- erally become due, both principal and interest payable in gold coin of the UnitedStates of America, of the present standard of weight and fineness, at the fiscal agency of the State of Washington, in the City and State of New York, both principal and interest payable out of the revenue of the Water Supply System of said Everett, as pro- vided in Ordinance No. 1663 of said City, passed June 29, 1915, and Ordinance Ho. - of said City, passed , 1916, and the City Treasurer of said City is hereby directed to pay the same as herein provided, provided, however, that said Everett; may, at any interest payment date on or after July 1st, 1931, pay and re- tire any or all of the then out-standing Bonds of this issue. This Bond is one of an issue of Bonds in the sum of One Mil- lion One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1, 100,000.00) , which issue was authorized by the voters of said City at a special election, held August 24 , 1915, pursuant to Ordinance Ho. 1663, of said City and is issued pursuant to Ordinance Ho. of said City, a full copy of said Ordinances being printed on the back hereof. 3
