STORMWATER SITE PLAN AUGUST 5, 2022 <br />COMPASS HEALTH PHASE PAGE 2 <br />MR 1: PREPARATION OF STORMWATER SITE PLANS <br />DRAINAGE PLAN DESCRIPTION <br />Direct precipitation is the source of runoff. Roof tops are the largest impervious area and flow <br />will be brought by roof drain down to the runoff control facilities. The site is within the <br />combined sewer area of Everett and follows the Interim Policy for stormwater in that area. <br />WATER QUALITY MEASURES <br />Source controls for the project are based on the projected use. The site will be a medical health <br />building and will not produce or use raw materials nor with there be storage of vehicles. <br />Supplies will be delivered in an underground parking area. See MR 3 for Source Controls. <br />RUNOFF TREATMENT <br />The project is in the combined sewer area of Everett and does not need to provide runoff <br />treatment. <br />CONVEYANCE CALCULATIONS <br />Conveyance systems are limited to internal roof drain collection. With no significant storm pipe <br />system there is no need for special conveyance calculations. <br />RUNOFF CONTROL BMP'S <br />There is a reduction of impervious in Phase 2. Since the Combined Sewer Policy is based in new <br />conditions compared to current conditions, there is no runoff control proposed. <br />PROTECTION OF WETLANDS <br />There are no wetlands on or near the site. <br />OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE <br />See MR9 for more information. <br />P:\Work\Projects\2021\21-056 Ankrom Compass Health\CE\DOCS\Final Drainage Report.doc <br />
