The scope of our services consisted of exploring site surface and <br />subsurface conditions, and then developing this report to provide recommendations for general <br />earthwork and design considerations for foundations, retaining walls, subsurface drainage, and <br />temporary excavations and shoring. This work was authorized by your acceptance of our proposal, <br />P-10345, dated April 16, 2019. <br />The attached report contains a discussion of the study and our recommendations.
