Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Exploratory Period, and supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements and understandings between the parties with respect to the items set forth herein. 8. Other Provisions. This Agreement may only be amended by a writing signed by the Mayor of the City and an authorized representative of PFG. PFG shall not discriminate against any employee, applicant for employment, or other person on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, marital state, or national origin or other circumstance prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law or ordinance. PFG shall comply with and shall not violate any applicable provisions of Chapter 49.60 RCW, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and all applicable federal, state, or local law or ordinance regarding non-discrimination. PFG shall immediately notify the City of any federal suspension or debarment or other action that excludes PFG from participation in Federal contracting. Exclusive venue for any lawsuit arising out of this Agreement shall be in the Superior Court of Snohomish County, Washington.
