Obstructions: If any obstructions such as garbage cans, cars, etc. in the areas of proposed work,they shall <br /> be removed before work begins. In the event Jireh staff must clear the items from the area to complete <br /> proposed work, an additional charge of$90 and hour will be billed. <br /> Landscaping:All landscaping foliage such as trees, shrubs,ground cover, etc. that may overhang curbs, <br /> header boards, or work areas must be trimmed off by owner before commencing of work.Jireh Asphalt& <br /> Concrete is not responsible for any damages to landscape during construction for damage or broken <br /> sprinklers utilities and landscaping where sod indirectly in the path of installation heavy or light equipment <br /> may be necessary to complete the project and may cause damage(unless Jireh is notified of any <br /> landscaping utilities). <br /> Irrigation: If there are any automatic sprinklers for your landscape areas, they should be turn <br /> off 24 hours before and 24 hours after work is completed.Jireh Asphalt&Concrete is not responsible for <br /> any damages due to sprinklers. <br /> Material Transferring:Jireh is not responsible for any costs associated with the cleaning of <br /> carpet, concrete, or any other surfaces stained as results of people walking or driving through construction <br /> area. <br /> Additional cost: If additional trips are required to complete the contract, as a result of any <br /> items listed. there will be an additional cost mobilization charge of$750 for each additional mobilization. <br /> Exclusions:,Jireh Asphalt and Concrete is not responsible for the following sales tax, <br /> performance, bonding, night or weekend work,traffic control, utility/casting adjustments, permits fee, <br /> engineering,testing, staking, over excavation, haul off or treatment of unsuitable sub-grade or base rock, <br /> haul off contaminated material, cracks caused by the ground movement,work performed by others, acts <br /> uncontrolled by man, or any other work not specifically stated in this agreement. <br /> Name Date <br /> Jireh Asphalt&Concrete Inc I Phone:425-737-6355 I www.jirehconstructioninc.com <br /> Page 6 of 6 <br />
