Greetings Terri & Everett Public Services team, <br /> Thanks for your help last week regarding my plan to <br /> pour a new driveway behind my property at 1721 Maple <br /> Street. <br /> I have been in correspondence with the contractor, Jireh <br /> Asphalt& Concrete Inc., and we have refined the scope <br /> of the project to fit better within the requirements set <br /> forth by the City of Everett. <br /> The driveway's size has now been reduced to 200 <br /> square feet, and we will not be pouring an asphalt apron. <br /> Attached to this email, I have included the following <br /> two items: <br /> • A completed permit application outlining the <br /> scope of what is to be done and who will be <br /> performing the work <br /> • A PDF estimate from Jireh Asphalt& Concrete <br /> outlining the project scope, including visuals that <br /> show what we intend to do <br /> Please let me know if there is anything else that I need <br /> to provide for you here. <br /> Thank you for your assistance! <br /> Cheers, <br /> -Evan <br />
