No
stormwater improvements will be installed in this area. The Future Maritime Leasehold will be regraded
to slope to a gravel trench with a perforated pipe to collect stormwater runoff in this area. That area will
be paved as part of a separate future project when a tenant is selected.
Basin A developed conditions will consist of improving the secure point of ingress and egress to the site,
as well as installation of utilities including water, sewer, power, lighting and communications and storm
drainage infrastructure. Stormwater runoff will be managed by collection and conveyance infrastructure,
including catch basins, manholes, and stormwater pipes. Site grading and paving will direct stormwater
to a low spot where a Contech Stormfilter will collect and treat the water quality flow, prior to discharging
to Outfall A. Outfall A will be replaced and upsized due to its deteriorated condition, additional area from
the south gate area requiring redevelopment (including off-site areas that are currently not managed).
The warehouse drainage and existing downspout configurations will not be modified and will continue to
drain through the upsized Outfall A. In addition,as part of this project,a stormwater conveyance stub and
catch basin will be installed near the south west corner of the warehouse to collect potential future
stormwater improvements to the south parking area. The south parking area will not be modified, and
existing drainage patterns will be maintained. The site use for Basin A is shown in Table 5: Developed
Basin A Site Area below.
