Thank you for taking the time to speak with me this morning to discuss the use of a CESF system to treat stormwater at <br /> the new Port of Everett Norton Terminal and the GULD listing for CESF systems.As discussed, I understand that CESF <br /> systems are GULD approved and can be used in a permanent application to treat stormwater on industrial facilities to <br /> meet ISGP benchmarks and limits and Basic Water Quality requirements. We are looking for your concurrence with this <br /> approach and agreement to our understanding of the CESF GULD designation for permanent CESF installations. We also <br /> understand that prior to the CESF system being operational,the owner will have to submit an application for approval of <br /> chemical treatment.
