These <br /> comments address electrical issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br /> departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2023 National Electrical <br /> Code,) (2023 Chapter 296-46B WAC rules,) as amended by the State of Washington and/or <br /> Washington State Energy Code 2015 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated <br /> otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br /> the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br /> requested. <br /> 1. All plans submitted for review must contain all required information per WAC 296-4613- <br /> 900(2)(a) to allow a proper review of the project and effects on the electrical system. I See <br /> a discrepancy on page E7.01-PET on the one line for the Ct simulator it is showing 4)#1 & <br /> 1)1/0 g Fused at 175amp. Per NEC 310.16 #1 is rated for 130 amp <br /> If you have any questions, please email or call me at (425) 257-7229. Upon submittal of the <br /> drawings, your application will be given priority and plan reviews will recommence.
