These comments address electrical issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2023 National Electrical Code,) (2023 Chapter 296-46B WAC rules,) as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2015 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. All plans submitted for review must contain all required information per WAC 296-4613- 900(2)(a) to allow a proper review of the project and effects on the electrical system. I See a discrepancy on page E7.01-PET on the one line for the Ct simulator it is showing 4)#1 & 1)1/0 g Fused at 175amp.
