Full lane width grind and overlay is required for trenches greater than 100'in length,multiple cuts within a 100'length section,and/or as directed by the City PW Inspector. 7. A minimum of 5ft separation between City of Everett utilities and directional boring/pavement cuts shall be maintained. 8. Inspections are required for all stages of construction.Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov to formally request all required inspections.Inspections are required for job start notification,potholing all City utilities,evaluation of traffic control set-up,to view the work prior to backfill,and after final restoration to final the permit.Request a final inspection online by selecting PW 25-Site Final/Permit Close Out within the Online Permitting Portal Inspection Requests for this permit when all items have been completed. 9.
