(1) Adopt a Resolution adopting the Annual Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) update for 2017-2022. (Action and public hearing on 6-29-16). CONSENT ITEMS: (2) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,550,868.41 for the period of June 4, 2016 through June 10, 2016. (3) Authorize the closure of 15th Street between Rucker Avenue and Hoyt Avenue, on July 10, 2016 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. for a block party. (4) Authorize the closure of an alley between the Historic Everett Theatre and Bank of America, on June 25, 2016, 2 p.m. to midnight, for a concert with a BBQ and entertainment, sponsored by the Historic Everett Theatre. (5) Authorize the closure of an alley between the Historic Everett Theatre and Bank of America, on July 23, 2016, 2 p.m. to midnight, for a concert with a BBQ and entertainment, sponsored by the Historic Everett Theatre. ACTION ITEMS: (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and agreements for the United States Department of Justice regarding application, utilization and acceptance of the Fiscal Year 2016 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program in the amount of $45,593.00. (7) Award Request for Proposal 2016-030 for Scott High Pressure Self Contained Breathing Apparatus equipment to Municipal Emergency Services in the amount of $724,190.38 including Washington State sales tax.
