ORDINANCE NO. 3328-13 <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "Everett Citywide Guardrail Improvement Program,"Fund 303, Program <br /> 100, to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic and safety improvement <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and obtained funds to construct guardrail <br /> improvements at various locations within the City of Everett; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 100, entitled <br /> "Everett Citywide Guardrail Improvement Program,"to accumulate all costs for the <br /> improvement. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 100, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director" or"City Engineer,"under <br /> direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and <br /> doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$470,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 100, "Everett Citywide <br /> Guardrail Improvement Program," as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Design and Construction $ 470,000.00 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 470,000.00 <br />
