or <br /> ORDINANCE NO -. 4 <br /> An Ordinance approving and confirmina1'assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 313 , for <br /> the improvement of 22nd Street from Rucker Avenue to ( rand <br /> Avenue, by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade , <br /> construction of concrete curbs, concrete pavement and doing <br /> such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, <br /> as required under Ordinance No . 1705, of the City of Everett, <br /> levying an assessment on account thereof against the several <br /> lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll and <br /> fixing the date for the issuance of Bonds to be issued on ac- <br /> count of said improvement, <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1.- That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 313, for the improvement of <br /> Twenty-second Street, from Rucker Avenue alIccGrand Avenue, by <br /> the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction <br /> of concrete curbs, concrete pavement and doing such other work <br /> 3s <br /> as ac c necessary in connection therewith under Ordinance No. <br /> 1705, of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be and <br /> the same is hereby in all things ap-roved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2. That each of the lots, tracts and parcels <br /> of land and other property shown on said roll is hereby de- <br /> clared to be severally benefitted by such improvement in at <br /> least the amount charged against the same and that the assess- <br /> ment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several <br /> assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied <br /> an assessment against each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land and other property appearing on such roll the amount finally <br /> charged against the same thereon. <br /> Section 3.- That the i 5th day of A,uj,;;t. , 1916, <br /> is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required <br /> 1 <br />
