or ORDINANCE NO -. 4 An Ordinance approving and confirmina1'assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 313 , for the improvement of 22nd Street from Rucker Avenue to ( rand Avenue, by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade , construction of concrete curbs, concrete pavement and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, as required under Ordinance No . 1705, of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll and fixing the date for the issuance of Bonds to be issued on ac- count of said improvement, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1.- That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 313, for the improvement of Twenty-second Street, from Rucker Avenue alIccGrand Avenue, by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete curbs, concrete pavement and doing such other work 3s as ac c necessary in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1705, of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things ap-roved and confirmed. Section 2. That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property shown on said roll is hereby de- clared to be severally benefitted by such improvement in at least the amount charged against the same and that the assess- ment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property appearing on such roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
