• 40 Aw ceeent curbs and plank gutters; and from a point one hundred fifty (150) feet south of ehirtysecond street to r"hirtytb.ird street by the grading of a center roadway twenty (20) feet wide, with proper drainage, sidewalks to be placed at curb line from Hewitt Avenue to one hundred fifty (150) feet south of Thirtysecond street , and all other work in connection th., rewith, such improvement to be made according to plans and specifications prepared under the dir- ection of the city engineer, and now on file in the office of the city engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved. section 2: That the cost and expense of such improvement, including all necessary and incidental expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment dist- rict hereafter created in accordance with law.
