In order for the Planning Department to approve the permit, please submit the following: <br /> 1. Please submit a site plan meeting the minimum requirements in the attached site plan checklist. <br /> a. A condominium does not legally subdivide the property;therefore, we look at the property as a whole <br /> and the site plan should include parcel: 01086800000100. Please revise the site plan accordingly. <br /> b. Please call out the setbacks of the existing structure to all property lines. The current site plan is missing <br /> this information and the rear setback will change when you update the property dimensions. <br /> c. There are discrepancies between the site plan and floor plan. For example,the site plan calls out the <br /> ADU front door on the north side of the house, but the floor plans show a door on the west <br /> elevation. Please revise for consistency. <br /> The permit intake/resubmittal policy is available on the Permit Services Page. Please submit at minimum 2 copies of any <br /> revised documents/plans. These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible <br /> requirements from other departments.
