The Everpark Garage receives mail at their office located at 2825 Hoyt(see photo attached) and the Everpark operations booth is addressed as 2815 Hoyt. It would be very confusing to have the sidewalk restroom using the same address as the office. It is obvious to me that the sidewalk restroom was intended to be 2823 Hoyt and there was possibly a transcription error in the permit.
