According to the Snohomish County Assessor, the <br /> house was built in 1920. <br /> The wall to be removed is shown on the attached plans, along with a solution to removing the <br /> wall. <br /> No destructive tests were conducted during this site visit. If during construction it is found that <br /> any of the conditions differ from what has been expressed above, notify this office immediately <br /> for a revision of design.
