August 27, 2025 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall provided an update regarding a Council District 4 candidate’s eligibility <br />that has been challenged in Superior Court. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8202 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$1,903,304.03 for the period ending August 9, 2025, through August 15, 2025. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8203 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $5,735,947.26 for the period ending August 9, 2025. <br /> <br />RFP AWARD - SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE FOR THE WATER FILTRATION PLANT <br /> <br />To award Request for Proposal #2025-032 for Sodium Hypochlorite for the Water Filtration <br />Plant to HASA Inc for a two-year contract with the option of renewing for additional successive <br />one-year terms. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – ALLIANT INSURANCE SERVICES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Alliant Insurance Services Amendment 2. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - LIMITED RELEASE AND TERMINATION OF EASEMENTS AND <br />ENCUMBRANCES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Limited Release and Termination of Easements and <br />Encumbrances within the Port of Everett Millwright District. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – SURPLUS TRANSIT BUS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8204 declaring a 2006 Gillig 35’ Diesel Transit Bus, B0307, surplus and <br />authorizing sale at public auction. <br />
