CG Engineering did not <br /> perform a site visit of this site to verify the accuracy of the provided structure. We should be contacted <br /> immediately if there are any discrepancies with the information stated within this report. <br /> Our analysis is based on the assumption that the original structural design and all subsequent structural <br /> analyses were properly designed and permitted per the applicable building codes, and that the structure <br /> has been properly installed and is maintained to the minimum standards required by code.
