G. Failure of the Permittee to satisfy the public notice requirements of WAC 173-226-130(5), when applicable. The Director may require any discharger under this permit to apply for and obtain coverage under an individual permit or another more specific general permit. Permittees who have their coverage revoked for cause according to WAC 173-226-240 may request temporary coverage under this permit during the time an individual permit is being developed, provided the request is made within ninety(90)days from the time of revocation and is submitted along with a complete individual permit application form. G6. REPORTING A CAUSE FOR MODIFICATION The Permittee must submit a new application, or a supplement to the previous application, whenever a material change to the construction activity or in the quantity or type of discharge is anticipated which is not specifically authorized by this permit.This application must be submitted at least sixty(60) days prior to any proposed changes. Filing a request for a permit modification, revocation and reissuance, or termination, or a notification of planned changes or anticipated noncompliance does not relieve the Permittee of the duty to comply with the existing permit until it is modified or reissued. G7. COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER LAWS AND STATUTES Nothing in this permit will be construed as excusing the Permittee from compliance with any applicable federal, state, or local statutes,ordinances, or regulations. G8. DUTY TO REAPPLY The Permittee must apply for permit renewal at least 180 days prior to the specified expiration date of this permit. The Permittee must reapply using the electronic application form (NO1) available on Ecology's website. Permittees unable to submit electronically(for example,those who do not have an internet connection)must contact Ecology to request a waiver and obtain instructions on how to obtain a paper NOI. REMOVED SUBSTANCE The Permittee must not re-suspend or reintroduce collected screenings,grit, solids,sludges, filter backwash,or other pollutants removed in the course of treatment or control of stormwater to the final effluent stream for discharge to state waters. G10. DUTY TO PROVIDE INFORMATION The Permittee must submit to Ecology, within a reasonable time, all information that Ecology may request to determine whether cause exists for modifying, revoking and reissuing,or terminating this permit or to determine compliance with this permit.The Permittee must also submit to Ecology, upon request,copies of records required to be kept by this permit [40 CFR 122.41(h)], Construction Stormwater General Permit Page 36
