i l <br /> l <br /> PROJECT OVERVIEW <br /> II This stormwater site plan report summarizes the storm drainage analysis and design for the <br /> Everett Community College (EvCC) Learning Resource Center (LRC) building. <br /> The project will construct a new LRC building at the EvCC east campus,just south of the <br /> recently constructed WSU Extension building. The new building site is currently occupied by an <br /> I existing paved parking lot that serves an existing retail building. The existing retail building and <br /> adjacent parking area will be demolished to accommodate the redevelopment project.
