EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan elements are described below. Element #1: Preserve Vegetation/Mark Clearing Limits The project site is mostly impervious surfacing. Temporary fencing will be used to delineate the limits of construction. Element #2: Establish Construction Access The existing paved parking and drive aisles will be used. Once the existing pavement is removed, a stabilized construction entrance will be installed. A wheel wash or vacuum sweepers shall be used to prevent tracking of sediment onto the adjacent public roadways. Element #3: Control Flow Rates Construction stormwater will be collected in temporary storage tanks that will meter out stormwater to the existing conveyance system. Element #4: Install Sediment Controls Storage tanks as part of a treatment train system will be provided to capture constt ction runoff. Wattles will be installed to prevent runoff from exiting the project site area. Element#S: Stabilize Soils The existing slopes along the southern and eastern property lines will be permanently replanted with trees and plantings. Element#b: Protect Slopes Temporary seeding and mulch will be used on disturbed slopes. Element#7: Protect Drain Innlets Catch basin filter inserts will be installed in existing catch basin structures within and downstream of the site. Element #8: Stabilize Channels and Outlets Not applicable. There are no existing or proposed channels or outlets at the project site. Element #9: Control Pollutants Use dust control measures to reduce wind transport of dust during demolition operations. Maintain good housekeeping and preventative measures for vehicle and construction equipment storage. Elennent #10: Control Dewatering Dewatering is not necessary for the scope of the project.
