A. Temporary erosion and sediment control facilities shall be maintained during <br /> constriction according to the Temporary Erosion Control Plan and SWPPP. <br /> B. Any deterioration threatening the structural integrity of the stormwater treatment facilities <br /> shall be repaired. <br /> C. Any standing water removed from catch basins during maintenance operations shall be <br /> disposed of off the property. <br /> D. Wastewater, collected sediments, and other wastes collected by Vactor truck cleaning <br /> operations are considered contaminated and shall not be discharged back into a drainage <br /> facility. <br /> The following Source Control BMPs are identified as appropriate for this project: <br /> BMP S411 Landscaping and LawnNegetation Management <br /> Amended soil/landscape systems, such as BMP T5-13, will be <br /> implemented in the landscape design. <br /> BMP S412 Loading and Unloading Areas for Liquid or Solid Material <br /> The asphalt loading dock along the south side of the building will slope <br /> away from the building. A bioretention cell will collect accumulated <br /> stormwater for water quality treatment. <br /> BMP S417 Maintenance of Stormwater Drainage and Treatment Systems <br /> Maintenance and operations guidelines detailed in Appendix C of this <br /> report shall be implemented by the project owner. <br /> BMP S424 Roof/Building Drains at Manufacturing and Commercial Buildings <br /> Not Applicable.
