I BMP C103: High Visibility Fence <br /> Purpose Fencing is intended to: <br /> I <br /> 1. Restrict clearingto approved limits.pp <br /> 2. Prevent disturbance of sensitive areas, their buffers,and other areas <br /> required to be left undisturbed. <br /> f , ; 3. Limit construction traffic to designated construction entrances, exits, <br /> or internal roads. <br /> 4.
