Ted told here to get the required permits including a building permit <br /> to replace the insulation and drywall. I asked to have her permit fast tracked as an OTC building permit <br /> subject to field inspection as I had been told no framing had been altered. Building permit# B2107-077 <br /> was issued. I believe that the scope of work on this permit is not accurate. <br /> Today I went out to 6303 Rockefeller Ave to perform an electrical inspection on permit# E2107-103.The <br /> home owner had told me that the job was just remove sheetrock and reinstall it due to rodent damage <br /> etc. She stated that there had been damage to the wires from rodents and that is why the basement <br /> wiring had been replaced. I had been to that house in March for an inspection for a heat pump and air <br /> handler on permit# E2102-168.The basement layout did not seem to be as it was when I had been <br /> there before. <br /> I came back to the office and found the photos of the basement prior to it selling this spring. What I <br /> found is that walls that were there evident by the photos and my memory have been removed.
