The current lease term ends June 30, <br />2027. <br />Project summary statement: <br />NWIRC is a local non-profit organization that leases 2,000 square feet of office space on the <br />second floor and 780 square feet in Suite 120 at 2000 Hewitt to house its incubator program for <br />local entrepreneurs and inventors. NWIRC desire to amend the existing lease agreement to <br />decrease the amount of leased area to the second floor only. The proposed amendment also <br />adds an option for one additional 2-year term following the current lease term.
