It has been actively in work for three years with good progress. The last inspection was
December of 2013. Currently, a bedroom has a wall stripped of lath & plaster and is ready for carpentry work
to reinforce ceiling joists as shown in the structural engineer drawings. Normally, this work would be ready
for inspection this month.
The renovation has been interrupted by my deployment to Darrington in response to the Oso mudslide of
March 2014. As a Federal Emergency Response Agency (FEMA) employee, I was directed to provide
telecommunications support to Washington Task Force 1, Urban Search and Rescue, from March 24 to April
23, 2014.
1 respectfully request a month extension to the inspection schedule to accommodate the interruption to the
renovation work.
Thank you,
Respectfully,
Terry Starzl
1202 Rucker Ave
Everett, WA 98201
Everett, W 9 Extension granted until f I : , but be
advised if no progress made after this date,
additional fees may be owed.
I
