STE-P-1. DETERMINE APPLICABILITY <br />Use the criteria below to determine if this template may be used for your project. If any <br />criteria below are marked "False," this template may not be used and a report meeting <br />City standards is required and shall be prepared by a professional Engineer licensed in the <br />0 State of Washington.
