• C • • ORDINANCE NO. 141 ,4 An ordinance providing for the improvement of Nineteenth Street between Broadway and the alley between Lombard and Oakes Avenues, by the complete construction of a relief sewer, and do- ing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, creating a local improvement district therefor, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, and providing that the pay- ment of said improvement be made by special assessments on the property in said district by the mode of ' Immediate Payment' , THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Nineteenth Street between Broadway and the alley between Lombard and Cakes Avenues be improved by the complete construction of a relief sewer, and doing such other work as may be necessary to complete the improvement, such improve- ment to be made according to the plans and specifications therefor prepared under the direction of the city engineer and now on file in the office of the city engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved, Section 2: That the cost and expense of such improvement, including all necessary and incidental expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district hereby created in accordance with law, The city of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the cost of such improvement, Section 3: That there is hereby established a local improvement district to be called 'Local Improvement District No. Said district shall include the following described property, to-wit:
