ORDINANCE NO,_ _1113 An ordinance providing for the improvement of Nassau street from the south line of Hewitt Avenue to a point 363 feet south of the south line of 32nd Street , by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade , construction of concrete walks , plank curbs , gutters abd cross walks , installation of fire hydrants , drainage and all other work in connection therewith in accordance with Resolution to.2328 of the city of Everett , creating an assess- ment district , creating a local improvement district fund therefor , providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessment on property in said district under the mode of "Payment by Bonds" . WHEREAS, by Resolution No .2328 of the city of Everett , the city council of the city of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement of Nassau Street from the south line of Hewitt Avenue to a point 363 feet south of the south line of 32nd Street , in accordance with plans prepared by the city engineer, NOT THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : Section 1. : That Nassau Street from the south line of Hewitt Avenue to a point 363 feet south of the south line of 32nd Street , be improved by removal of old lumber , grading to proper grade , construction of concrete walks , plank curbs , gutters , and cross walks , installation of fire hydrants , drainage , and all other work in connection therewith, such improvement to be made according to plans and specifications prepared under the direction of the city engineer and now on file in the office of the city engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved. Section 2 t That the cost and expense of such improve— ment , including all necessary and incidental expenses , shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assess— ment district hereafter created in accordance with law.
