ORDINANCE NO, An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 309, for the improvement of Rucker Avenue from the south line of Pacific Avenue to Fortyfiret Street, by the removal of old lumber, grading and re— grading, construction of concrete curbs, gutters, cement walks, com— plete drainage system, paving, installation of fire hydrants, making old work conform with new, and doing other work in connection there— with under ordinance No. 1670 of the city of Everett, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bond. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 309, for the improvement of Rucker Avenue from the south line of Pacific Avenue to Fortyfirst Street, by the removal of old lumber, grading and regrading, construction of concrete curbs, gutters, cement walks, complete drainage system, paving, installation of fire hydrants, making old work conform with new, and doing other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 7,470 of the city of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by such improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land, and other property appearing on said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
