ORDINANCE NO, <br /> An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 309, for the <br /> improvement of Rucker Avenue from the south line of Pacific Avenue <br /> to Fortyfiret Street, by the removal of old lumber, grading and re— <br /> grading, construction of concrete curbs, gutters, cement walks, com— <br /> plete drainage system, paving, installation of fire hydrants, making <br /> old work conform with new, and doing other work in connection there— <br /> with under ordinance No. 1670 of the city of Everett, and levying <br /> an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts <br /> and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the <br /> issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bond. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local <br /> Improvement District No. 309, for the improvement of Rucker Avenue <br /> from the south line of Pacific Avenue to Fortyfirst Street, by the <br /> removal of old lumber, grading and regrading, construction of concrete <br /> curbs, gutters, cement walks, complete drainage system, paving, <br /> installation of fire hydrants, making old work conform with new, and <br /> doing other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 7,470 of <br /> the city of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby <br /> in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land and other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be <br /> specially benefited by such improvement in at least the amount charged <br /> against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the <br /> same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said <br /> roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each of the <br /> lots, tracts and parcels of land, and other property appearing on said <br /> roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. <br />
