I WO An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 312, for the improve- ment of the alley between Virginia Avenue and Baker Avenue, from Sixteenth Street to the north line of Remington's First Addition to the city. of Everett; and also said alley produced north in its platted direction to the center line of Fifteenth Street, by complete construction of sewer and all other appurtenances, and doing other work in connection therewith under ordinance No. 1686 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, and fixing a date for the issuance of bonds to be issued on account of said improvement. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section l: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 312, for the improvement of the alley between Virginia Avenue and Baker Avenue, from Sixteenth Street to the north line of Remington's First Addition to the city of Everett; and also said alley produced north in its platted direction to the center line of Fifteenth Street; by complete construction of sewer and all other appurtenances, and other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 16S6 of the city of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed, Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be spec- ially benefited by such improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property appearing on said roll
