• ORDINANCi NO. 1699 An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 310, for the improvement of Harrison Avenue from the north curb line of Averett Avenue to the north line of Altamont Addition to Averett, by clear- ing and grubbing, removal of old lumber, grading, construction of concrete curbs, cement walks , cement alley crossings , plank gutters, plank cross walks , complete drainage system, removal of trees, installation of fire hydrants , making old work conform with new, and doing other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1678 of the city of Averett, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots , tracts, and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bonds.
