Whenever any .druggist or pharmacist fills a prescrip- <br /> tion for intoxicating liquor he shall cancel the same by writing <br /> across the face thereof in ink the word "cancelled" , with the date <br /> on which it was presented and filled, and shall keep the same on file <br /> separate from other prescriptions, and no such prescription shall be <br /> filled again. Any druggist or pharmacist selling intoxicating <br /> liquors in the city of Everett shall, on or before the 10th day of <br /> January, 1916, file a signed statement with the city clerk of the <br /> city of Everett showing the kind and quantity of all intoxicating <br /> liquors in his possession, and shall, on or before the 5th day of <br /> each and every month thereafter file a signed statement with said <br /> clerk showing the kind and quantity of all intoxicating liquors in <br /> his possession on the first day of, such month, and the kind and <br /> quantity of intoxicating liquors received by or delivered to him <br /> during the previous month; and shall, on or before the 5th day of <br /> February, 1916, and on or before the 5th day of each and every <br /> month thereafter file a signed statement with said clerk showing <br /> the intoxicating liquors sold during the previous month; the date <br /> on which sold; the kind of liquor sold; the person to whom sold; and <br /> the address , with street and house number if there be such; and, <br /> unless sold on prescription, the purpose for which sold; and if <br /> sold on prescription, the number of the prescription and the name <br /> of the doctor issuing the same. Such statement shall be made on <br /> forms to be provided by the city of Everett, and shall .give such <br /> other information as such forms shall require. Such book and all - <br /> prescriptions for intoxicating liquors filled shall be open to <br /> inspection by the city attorney, or any police officer of Everett, <br /> or any member of the city council, and such officers shall have <br /> the right to inspect any premises where any person is carrying on <br /> or conducting a drug business, for the purpose of ascertaining the <br /> amount of intoxicating liquors on such premises or in the possession of <br /> such person.It shall be unlawful for any druggist or pharmacist to fail <br />
